Collard greens ramen. It's a fusion dish. Pretty darn tasty, a definite make again. From this month's Food and Wine mag.

This was really good. Inspired by the recipe that Q-Sis posted for Tuscan Bean Soup:

LuckyTrim, have you ever tried the Carabba's PEI mussels dish? I've got a kopykat recipe that's pretty darn close, a lemon butter sauce with white wine, onions, garlic, Pernod, fresh basil. I'll post recipe if you are interested.

No, Med...... Our Carabba's is not one of the more well-kept of the franchises... I'd love to peruse the recipe .... I'll add it to my KopyKat collection (attached)... and attempt it myself, of course...

I know what you mean. We have several in our metropolitan area and 1 of them, fortunately not the close one, is just abysmal. I'll get it posted tomorrow.

Beef for beef stew is in the Instant Pot. When it’s done the veggies go in. Dinner should be done in about an hour.

Chicken strips with lettuce/beet salad.
Dressing was my sugar mayo that I normally use on the romaine/walnut salad.
Sprinkled a little parsley on top.

Tonight was Beef veggie soup. Tina made it with tiny baby meatballs.
God love her.....she made such a big pot.
I must have eaten 2 quarts, but I'm all souped out for now.
There were 4 quarts left over.

Tina said,"Eat soup tomorrow for lunch!" "It'll clean you out!"
"How the hell much soup can a person eat?" Whew!

Geez, I guess I've been absent from the dinner thread for awhile - it all looks so good!

Love the photo of med's Collard Ramen fusion dish!

Adequate ... They're a nice serving size; Flavorful, but I wasn't happy with the breading.... Too thin and uniform I'll stick with Phillips when I can find them...:whistling:
