Thai Pork Pizza

This recipe comes from a friend TG, at another cooking place I visit.



For the sauce:
6 T Kikkoman's Thick Teriyaki Glaze
2 t creamy peanut butter

Dough and toppings:
Dough ball for a large pizza
1 T cornmeal
3/4 c shredded cooked pork
3/4 c shredded white cheddar cheese
2 small red thai chili peppers-thinly sliced
1 small shredded carrot
1/4 c fresh chopped cilantro
2 scallions, sliced thin

Roll out dough on a floured surface, then transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet that has been dusted with cornmeal.
Mix the sauce ingredients til well blended, then spread over dough with back of a large spoon (it will be thick).
Top with shredded carrot, pork and peppers.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then bake in hot 450 oven for 10 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and cilantro and use left over peanut sauce for crust dipping!
