6 T barbecue sauce
2 T water
2/3 c quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 t chili powder
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t salt
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 red or green bell pepper- chopped

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine 3 T barbecue sauce and the water. Add the oats, egg whites, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt; mix well. Add the turkey, onion, and bell pepper; mix well.
Form the mixture into 6 oval-shaped meat loaves, and place in the baking dish; bake for 30 minutes.
Spread the remaining 3 T barbecue sauce over the tops and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the loaves are cooked through and the juices run clear.
