[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]¼ teaspoons Sea Salt [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]5 clove Garlic chopped[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]½ teaspoons Fresh Thyme (Leaves Only) [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]½ teaspoons Chopped Fresh Chives [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Basil [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]¼ cups Olive Oil [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]1 pound Cherry, Grape Tomatoes, or cut small tomato into 4, ¼ picas [/FONT]


[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Preparation Instructions[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Preheat oven to 250 degrees.[/FONT]


[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]In a cast iron frying pan heat oil, Combine salt, garlic, and fresh herbs, mix together then add to frying pan. Cook for 2 or 3 min, set aside and let oil cool.[/FONT]


[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Line a roasting pan with parchment paper or just oil the pan.[/FONT]


[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Cut tomatoes in half or ¼ and coat with the cool Olive Oil & herbs. lay tomatoes cut side up on the prepared pan, Bake for 3 hours.[/FONT]


[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]When cool, place in an airtight container and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Store in the refrigerator.[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Dry tomatos and cream cheese; set cream cheese out to soften and mix Dry tomatos with herbs into cream cheese to make a Dry tomatos cream cheese.[/FONT]


[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Make Dry tomatos just as said above, But Use one cup or more of Olive Oil. Store flavored oil in jar and use oil when cooking to add a nice flavor to foods. [/FONT]

thanks, rustpot- i really like your cream cheese recipe- think i'd put that on saltines or a bagel for a nighttime snack
