Franks for Breakfast

2 slices bacon, cut up
1 onion, minced
1/2 lb. hot dogs, sliced into medallions
1 green pepper, cut into strips
6 sliced stuffed olives
Salt
Pepper
Pinch oregano
6 eggs
Cook bacon in heavy skillet. Add onion. Cook 3 minutes. Add franks and green pepper
and cook until pepper is tender. Stir in olives and seasonings. Beat eggs with milk and
add to other ingredients. Cook until eggs are set, stirring often.

That sounds good, Lucky. I like stuff in my scrambled eggs, and I love hot dogs, so that sounds like a "weiner" to me!

I just had a mushroom omelet smothered in salsa, with a big dollop of sour cream......... the Warden had her favorite; Hot Pepper Jelly Omelet
