Red Potatoes and Peas in Yogurt Herb Sauce

1 c sweet peas (frozen-thawed)
4 red potatoes, sliced (leave peel on)
1/2 large green bell pepper-chopped

1 1/2 c plain yogurt
2 T chopped parsley
2 T sliced green onions
1 t dried basil
1/8 t pepper

Cook potatoes til tender. Drain and cool.
Slice and place in a bowl. Gently toss in peas and chopped bell pepper.
Add remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat.
Chill and serve.
