Freezer "Dump Chicken" Recipes

It is called "dump chicken" because you dump it into a 1 gallon freezer bag with the chicken and freeze.

Then when you want it, thaw in fridge overnight and dump into crockpot and cook it.

All recipes are made with 1-1/2 lbs chicken wings-thighs..drumsticks or chicken breasts about 4-8 pieces per bag. Cook 6-8 hours on low.




Citrus Ginger chicken

1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
1 T Honey
3/4 t ground ginger

Cranberry Chicken
2 T melted butter
1 T soy sauce
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/8 t cinnamon

Creole Chicken
1 T olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 can (14oz) whole tomatoes
2 t worcestershire
2 t red wine vinegar
1/2 t basil
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t hot sauce


Garlic Dijon Chicken

2 cloves minced garlic
4 T dijon mustard
2 T lime juice
