Quick and Easy Candied Yams

1 Can Whole yams [30 oz.]
1/4 Cup Seedless raisins
Juice from 1 lemon
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Tablespoon margarine
1 tart Apple, cored and sliced thin
2 Peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 Cup Dark brown sugar
1/2 Cup White sugar

Open can and drain yams, reserving the liquid.
Place yams in a single layer in a casserole dish.
Pour liquid from yams into a large mixing bowl.
Stir in white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and mix until dissolved.
Mix fruit together; add to liquid. Pour this over yams.
Dot with margarine.
Bake, uncovered, in 400 F. oven for
about 45 min. or until yams have a glazed appearance
