Caramel Bourbon Cheese Cake with Pecans

No, don't have the recipe but I can guess.

We met some friends for dinner last night. For desert my wife ordered the cheese cake.

It was GREAT! (I know, Al and I aren't supposed to eat stuff like that but I had to at least taste it)

It appeared that the pecans had either been marinated in the bourbon or had a bourbon glaze. It was served with a layer of pecans on top with caramel sauce drizzled over all.

It does sound good Jim, but I prefer my cheese cake plain.
This is one item that I prefer the out of the box than the big heavy home made ones.
