I use their Father's Meatloaf recipe and have made the Velvetta cheese fudge recipe. Folks turned up their nose at that one till they tried it.

I have a cook book of the Europe´s Middle Ages recipes (and social history of cooking and foods). It´s also translated to English (originally it was by Finnish):
