3 large boneless chicken breasts-split
1 container of cream cheese with chives
1 T butter
6 slices of bacon
Preheat oven to 400.
Pound the breasts down to about 1/2" thick.
Spread on 3 T of the cream cheese.
Place 1/2 t butter on top.
Fold over and roll and wrap with a slice of bacon.
Bake for 40 minutes-seam side down, then broil til bacon crisps.
