Default Fried Chickpeas with Sage

My friend, Jan ("LeesBud") bought a new fry-o-later so we had to try it out.

She has spectacular sage plants in her garden, which we took full advantage of.

These were tasty, but the chickpeas were not quite as crispy as I'd like, though the salted sage leaves were perfect.

Got to experiment more.
