Tonight is pork stroganoff. Yesterday was salmon on the GF grill with compound butter and steamed yellow squash on the side.
LT, that popcorn chicken is good with an orange sauce on it too. I use the Panda Express orange sauce, so it's very similar to their take out orange chicken.
