Blues Man's Breakfast Fattie

Here is the breakfast fattie ...........



Put the sausage in a ziplok bag and flattened .....



Quik fried some red potatoes ..........



Added two eggs to the skillet ....


cut open the ziplock bag and added the potatoes, eggs and some cheese....



Rolled it in plastic wrap to seal ....




Ready for the smoker!

this is one fatty i have never made ..
how do the eggs hold up ..

This is one of my favorites. You need to try this one. The eggs hold up pretty good.

i am going to try this one next weekend ..
