I'll use regular panko crumbs and probably use some poultry seasoning along with the other seasonings for extra flavour.
I've got 3lbs of Jennie-O ground turkey.
93% lean, 7% fat.

It's a good sized loaf.
Should be done around 6:30/6:45.
