-eggs
-garlic aioli
-capers, rinsed & drained
-cornichons or sour crispy dills, well drained & minced
-mustard T/T
-pepper

boil eggs. (*cook a few extra) peel, slice & remove/smash yolks. blend in other ingredients, adding mayo as needed. pipe into egg halves. may garnish w/ many things, from thin pickle slivers, slivered roasted pepper

*if too strong, add the yolk, A/N
