1 can of tuna
2 c cooked rice
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 sour cream
1/4 c mayo
2 T lemon juice
3 slices of crumbled bacon
3 sliced green onions
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo and curry powder.
Add rice, drained and flaked tuna and the rest.
Serve cold.
