Need to learn about roasted coffee beans

Just picked this up on ebay for 500 bucks plus the 99 bucks shipping. Looks like the last plumbed one is gone, but the seller has two more unplumbed units. Now all I have to do is install it.

So, I need to use unflavored coffee beans in this thing. Any suggestions for great beans?
Anything special for making espresso or cappuccino?

Re: Need tro learn about roasted coffee beans

Fred, I get my coffee beans here, but since the factory is in my hometown, I just go to their retail store to buy the beans.

Cinnamon Sticky Bun is my favorite - delicious and but not sweet!
