I'm making a Mennonite meatloaf recipe that has shredded carrots in it, baked potato, and some kind of veg.
I had Chobani strawberry Greek yogurt for breakfast.
Went grocery shopping.
For Lunch I had a couple pieces rotisserie chicken breast, and a small piece of pan fried skirt steak. DD#2 and hub also had potato salad and mixed fruit (I saved my fruit for later) with their lunch.

If I'd have had buffalo wing sauce, I could've made this into a recipe I'd seen on Kraft.
As it stands, b/s chicken breast meat shredded, macaroni,heavy on the cheese, bread crumb topping.
Roasted green beans, potatoes and onion.

I added 2t of Worcestershire,1t brown sugar and beef bullion to the sauce, along with parsley, oregano and minced garlic.
the ever popular and politically correct ground beef covered with mashed potato pie....

Tina Mommy made meatballs and sausage in a great tomato sauce. Gnocchi.
Garlic knots (From frozen ) They were so so. They were just dusted with granulated garlic powder. Next time, we agreed ( wow !) to brush them with minced fine garlic in melted butter and olive oil. That would Dr. them up to perfection. LOL
