I have what is called an "Eating Season", Just like Hunting Season, Ski Season. My Season is for Eating.!
I pull all the restrictions, (I love Chocolate) and from Thanksgiving till Super Bowl. My life is Mine- The Breads, and Pudding, and Milk Shakes. NO Guilt! Than come the day after Super Bowl. 20 lbs heavier, blood Pressure through the roof. 3-4" wider around the waist- I begin my Atkins Diet. I generally see my MD in the spring,

I’m happy to say that I’ve lost 20lbs since going low carb for my pre-diabetes since February 😉
Yeah- Way to go RM- Lucky & I were both doing low carb, LT was SouthBeach,
I was doing an Atkins type- I basically used that Low Carb Chart . But yep, We
both been under 200 for over two years. I tried the link on my post above- Chart
not listed anymore.
