Moroccan Beef Over Couscous

4 lb english pot roast
1 T evoo
3 T steak seasoning
3 T minced ginger
4 cloves minced garlic
2 medium onions-diced
1 cinnamon stick-broken in half
2 oranges-cut into 6 wedges
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes

Prepared couscous

Preheat oven to 375.

Coat roast with steak seasoning.

Heat oil in large cast iron skillet/dutch oven and saute ginger, garlic and onion for 3 minutes.
Move them to the side and add the roast, browning it on both sides.
Add cinnamon stick,oranges and the tomatoes.
Cover and place in oven for an hour.

Slice and serve with sauce from the pan over couscous.
