Hawaiian Waffles

Hawaiian Waffles

1 1/2 cup flour
4 T. melted butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 T. sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, beaten

Mix together all but egg whites. Fold in egg whites gently. Bake in waffle
iron. Top with coconut syrup, chopped macadamia nuts or other choice.

P.S. This is a lot better than poi.

this looks great..i love waffles...i bought an old waffle maker and love using it..
