Excellent Korean cooking blog and videos

while i was away, i found an excellent blog and collection of recipes and cooking videos regarding authentic korean cuisine. it's www.maangchi.com .

i'm hoping to make it to their meet-up in nyc next saturday, and possibly take one of maangchi's cooking classes.

she's funny, easy on the eyes , and her food looks incredible. you can almost smell it through your monitor.
