Default Radish Dip

4 cloves of peeled garlic
6 quartered radishes
2-8oz pkgs of softened cream cheese

Pulse garlic in food processor until finely minced.

Add radishes and mince.

Add cream cheese, mixing well.

Chill and serve.

My mom loves radishes so this will be great to make for her. And it sounds like it would keep in the fridge for a week or so.
