This is a great alternative to cooking you're St Paddy's day dinner.
Pressure Cooker Corned Beef
Add cut carrots, potatoes and onions and cabbage (all the same size) to the bottom of the pressure cooker. Place corned beef on top and add 1/2 cup (no more than 1 cup) of either water or chicken broth. Pressure cook for 35-40 minutes (depending on how hot your cooker gets) and dinner is done!
