Default Autumn Apple Crisp -- TNT!

Made this for dessert tonight -- AWESOME! Especially warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Downloadable PDF copy of recipe attached.

AUTUMN APPLE CRISP

cup plus tablespoon all-purpose flour
cup brown sugar
cup old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick cold butter, in chunks
cup pecans, chopped
2 pounds apples, peeled
cup dried cranberries
cup maple syrup

1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. Butter a 9-inch, 2-quart pie pan and set aside.

3. For the topping, put cup flour, brown sugar, oats,
cinnamon, and butter in a food processor and pulse to
form moist clusters.

4. Add pecans to topping mixture and stir in by hand; set
topping mixture aside.

5. Cut the peeled apples into -inch chunks and put them in
the buttered pie pan.

6. Add cranberries, maple syrup, and tablespoon flour to
apples and mix until well combined.

7. Scatter topping evenly over apple mixture in pie pan.

8. Place pie pan on a parchment-lined baking sheet and
bake at 375F for 40 to 50 minutes.

9. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
