Default Cambozola cheese

I found my new favorite cheese!

I took my Dad to a store that specializes in German and Eastern European foods, and they had this cheese on the counter to sample. I fell in love at first taste!

Cambozola is creamy like brie, with the flavor of Roquefort - spectacular!

We had it with cocktails before Thanksgiving dinner.

I would LOVE this! I usually like to put a piece of brie and a bit of blue on top of a stoned wheat cracker.
What crackers are those?

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.
