And for the rest of you who don't know what High Cheese is, look at Varitek on the Red Sox nearly every pitch for 3rd strike. He stands up in his crouch for a high fast ball. The batter might be anxious so when he sees that fast ball coming in high his eyes get like dinner plates and he goes for it. High Cheese.
