Cold cuts (salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese), salad greens (butter lettuce, radicchio, baby spinach, rocket, romaine), tomato, avocado, mac salad, olive salad, two bean salad, rolls, Italian bread. Mayo, ketchup and mustard (with and without sriacha), various oils and vinegars. Onion dip, salsa, blue cheese dip/dressing various chips.

I provided the means. Everyone is on their own.

Re: What's cooking NCT Sunday 1/1/2017 to Saturday 1/6/2017?

Brunch was pancakes and bacon.

Dinner was fried cabbage with the leftover bacon, with lots of black pepper.

Tonight is grilled salmon, acorn squash, and a salad.

Tomorrow will be the turkey we didn't do on Thanksgiving or Christmas.

I am thinking of frying green peppers and onions that were left unused for holidays. Some will be frozen for western omelets. Tonight will probably be peppers, onions, Yukon potatoes as a side with sandwiches or added to scrambled eggs with the addition of diced tomato and cheddar cheese (and maybe some chopped deli ham).

After my trip to Dr. Bone Cruncher, I stopped at Tim Horton's.

Red pepper and gouda soup and a steak wrap.
Soup was fab, wrap.. well, I ate it.

The turkey was a Jenny O and very moist and good. I had a leg and made a hot turkey sandwich.

Planning stuffed peppers. I think I will add some homemade salsa and a chopped tomato (left from New Years) to the stuffing. I have tomato sauce thawing to pour over the top. Served with a mixed greens salad.

Not sure yet. The kid wants sushi or something she says, so I am thinking Yamato Steakhouse of Japan will be appreciated.

Oh and Happy Birthday, Lucky!

soup would be a meal fit 4 a person in PA-- i cannot make that-- my kitchen is not cooperating-- they have gyros @ my bar, tho--
we have not got h2o-- yep-- that would mean winter is here & local bars to tend to ur dining needs; i sure could use a grilled cheese w/ avocado/provolone/mozzarella/tomato on multi-grain bread & tomato-basil soup~ we'll see

Didn't really follow a recipe, just from memory.

4 cube steaks browned in oil/non-stick pan.
Take out, add a bit of flour- stir.

Steaks back in with 28 oz stewed tomatoes, 1 large sliced bell pepper, 1 large yellow onion, worcestershire sauce ( about 4 tablespoons) pinch of brown sugar - cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Tender and yummy.
Served with mashed potatoes.
Didn't make the corn.

Leftovers for tomorrow.
