Default A great article about referencing sources

http://www.wildyeastblog.com/2009/03...sting-recipes/

If one adapts a recipe, it is the better practise to cite the book or author from whence the recipe came as your inspiration. As bloggers and sites such as these often adapt recipes and rewrite instructions, it was often asked when does a recipe become yours. How many changes does one need to make? Etc.

I guess it's really a matter of opinion...take bread for instance...didn't all bread recipes evolve from the very first bread recipe? Who gets the credit?
