Salmon Loaf

2 c salmon (1 lb can) drained and flaked
1 1/2 c fine bread crumbs
1/3 c finely minced onion
1/2 green pepper, minced
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 can (1 1/4 c) cream of celery soup

Combine all ingredients and pack tightly into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350F about 1 hour. Also makes good croquettes.
