Nice Ah Beetze..... The over browning sometimes happens with my pizza.Lovely Bolognese, Jimmy!
I made a pizza for the first time in a long time. I'm rusty, but inspired to make another soon.
Not sure why the toppings came out so dark. It was pretty good!

Yours is not That brown.
I watch the pizza after the first 12 minutes, and sometimes just throw a sheet of non stick foil over the top loosley. Just drop on top.
I dropped my pizza temp to 375 instead of 400.
I must have made a thousand pizza's in my life, and not ONE pizza is identical to the previous ones made. No two pizzas match.
Pizza ..... Is just like People! .... there is no two the same. Generally; unless there are exact twins. But even then, there is a difference somewhere!
