Baked Salmon with roasted pecan crust

1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 tbsps melted butter
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1tsp Worchestershire sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a medium roasting pan or large oven-proof skillet with the oil. Place the salmon fillet in the pan, skin side down, and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

3. In a small bowl mix the pecans, melted butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the nut topping on the salmon.

4. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

RATS! I just HAD baked salmon last night!!!! I wish I saw this recipe first. Looks pretty good minus the nuts. Im allergic to em. :eek2:
