Of all the dips I've posted this is my favorite!!:clap::clap:

1 pound smoked salmon
1 pound cream cheese ( room temp as Bam said!)
1 pound sour cream
1.5 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce ( I sometimes use a little more)
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions ( I sometimes use more)
1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers ( I always use a little more)
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all the above together and chill. It makes a very pretty dip.
It is wonderful on crusty French bread.

Enjoy!!!

i use to make this all the time but my ingredients werent as many as yours..

mine
cream cheese
smoke salmon
pepper

i like yours better :a1:

on a side note, i have found that if you let the cream cheese warm up to room temperature, it mixes alot better

I agree room temp cream cheese. I should have said that.

The peppers make it look really pretty!

Yer aint kidding on that one!! I can't count the number of times we went to bed with dip left over, and woke up to find it gone!! Darn kids ate it before going to school!!
LOL.

I actually was going to make something simular the other day. Was in the store checked out the price of smoked salmon and decided not to bother. It was really expensive, crazy expensive.

I was in the local Whole Foods the other day and they had Sockeye Salmon raw fillets for $24 per pound. Looked great but above my pay grade a bit especially when I can get live main lobster for half that price.
