1 slice bread
1/4 t dried rosemary
1 T oil
1 T dijon mustard
4 tilapia fillets
Preheat oven to 400.
Pulse bread, rosemary and oil in processor until coarse and crumbly.
Lay fish on baking sheet and spread tops with mustard, then sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 12 minutes.
