Default Tuna Salad Recipe-- pssssst Cooksie!

1 can of tuna
2 c cooked rice
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 sour cream
1/4 c mayo
2 T lemon juice
3 slices of crumbled bacon
3 sliced green onions
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo and curry powder.
Add rice, drained and flaked tuna and the rest.
Serve cold.

Next tme I'll try your's Ms SM.

Tonight I made a slight variation of this recipe except I used Miracle Whip instead of mayo and added Spanish green olives instead of sweet relish and mustard. I like to top the sandwich with anchovies fillet like I used to get in France, too.

Lefty posted a tuna salad here once that I replicated using black olives.
