1 pkg. (10 oz.) Puff Pastry Shells
4 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 cups thinly slice mushrooms
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. seafood (shrimp, crabmeat or firm white fish)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bake pastry shells according to pkg. directions.
Heat butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and cook until tender and liquid evaporates.
Add soup, wine, lemon juice and seafood. Cook 5 min. or until fish is done. Serve in pastry shells and sprinkle with cheese.
