I still have a migraine and joint pain so DD is making chicken ala king over rice and green beans.

We had a salad and are getting ready to dig into these pretties fresh off the boat that Dogboa picked up while he was working on the west coast of Florida today.

I love stone crab. I also love those tiny marinated blue crab claws. I use the recipe from Ralph & Kacoos, and they taste just the same as in the restaurant.

I have some split pea soup in the crock pot. I'm going to use some leftover corned beef instead of ham and some of the juice from cooking the corned beef. I didn't save much of the juice, just enough to cover the leftover corned beef. I wish now that I had saved it all. I will in the future.

Burger on Portuguese roll with American cheese, pan fried onion, pickle and ketchup.

The plan is Eye Round Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed baby spinach and burgundy pan gravy. But things can change.

Three nights ago we had a bratwurst, homemade sauerkraut, sautéed apple and onion strudel with a German mustard sauce, plus potato pancakes. Next night we had hot dogs, rest of brats and potato chips. Tonight, we finally found a place that makes pizza as good as we can make in the BGE or the Weber with the pizza oven kit, plus they have some very interesting and good looking other menu items.
