This is brunch.
I was going to make a pretty omelette- but it sorta turned out like a mix of that and a scrambled mess.
I got more bagels.. cinnamon/raisin swirl.

I'm going out for dinner this evening, then have to work.
I am now on nights until further notice! Eeeek!
It's okay though.

I'll be gone from tomorrow afternoon into Monday evening to spend a few days with my son and grandbabies.

Any time I do an Open-Faced, Beef, Chicken or Turkey, it's sliced off the Deli's roast...


Beef Borgy is in the Cooker.... Went for Grands on Sass's Merit....

Paella with pork belly chicharrones, chicken chunks, shrimp. The chicharrones were homemade and spiced like Spanish chorizo, Aleppo pepper, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

I am home alone- So Left Overs Plus- Last nights stew was so good from the pressure cooker. Except the potato's melted too much. So I added Hamburger, + more potaato's and carrots. and put the pressure cooker on slow cooker. YUM. a couple slices of Wonder Bread (I dread them bread police) and a glass of Milk. I like Lucky's idea, Maybe over mashed potato's. Never enough potato's. Have a great Weekend all.

Last Night's Beef Bourguignon, with Grands.....and a Salad, of course !
... Used Pinot Noir

... Might have used a little too much Garlic.......... NAH !

I love instant pot pressure cooker stew. I do the meat first under pressure for 35 minutes then add the veggies to meat in pot and pressure cooker for 3 - 5 minutes. The meat is tender and veggies are perfect.

I found the idea, but Craig cooked seared tuna with soy glaze, wasabi mashed potatoes, and ginger glazed carrots. He did a mighty fine job of cooking too!
