Crispy Sausage Cups

1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 roll of breakfast sausage, browned and drained
1/2 red or green bell pepper-chopped
8 oz bag shredded mixed cheese
1 pkg wonton wraps

Cook sausage, drain and set aside.
Make the ranch dressing according to the package directions.
Combine sausage, dressing, peppers and cheese.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour.

Place the wraps in greased muffin tins, pushing them down in the center so they look like a star, and form a cup.
Bake at 375 for 5 minutes, or until slightly browned.
Remove and allow to cool, then add 2 T of the sausage mixture into each cup.
Return to oven and bake an addition 5 minutes, or until cheese melts and they are bubbly in the center.
