i am prepping for tomorrows smoke. it will be a stuffed meatloaf smoked with cherry wood.

fried up some mushrooms,onions,garlic,cajun seasoning,italian seasoning,black pepper in some leftover bacon grease

let it cool a little bit then i added some mozza and italian mixed cheese.(you will see why in a bit.)

now introducing, the fatty stuffer or fatty plunger or fatty piston

to use this, place a piece of plastic wrap on your flat working surface.i used tinfoil as i didnt have any.

when done, roll up the piece you laid on working surface

place another piece on top..wrap tightly and put into fridge to cool for later stuffing..

What a cool way to make the stuffing. The bacon grease will congeal the stuffing when cold, and make it super easy for the ground meat to form around it. You really are a creative guy. Now I'm hungry...again.

this is going to make some awesome meatloaf sammies.

i like this new little tool i made, it makes stuffing so much easier without it going all over the place.

i am game... not sure of the dates yet but this year i am making more time for life and less time for so much work.(i say that now because i am still on vacation..lol)
