I'm not sure what's for dinner tonight. To many choices. I'll have to think about it.

We had a myriad of things for breakfast.
I had some Kashi cinnamon harvest cereal w/ almond milk, plus a small cheese omelet, THEN there were the pastries.:yum:

Dinner? No idea yet.

I am learning towards fish sticks, onion tater tots and salad.
Dessert will probably be strawberry shortcakes.
I will most likely have a diet chocolate fudge soda with some half and half added. Tastes sort of like an egg cream.
We’ll see in a bit what DD wants.

Fish sticks and onion tater tots with homemade tater sauce and a blend of lemon juice, malt vinegar and hot sauce to dip in. (No picture of the salad or dessert)

Looks like tonight will be ribeyes.
Probably baked potatoes too and a green.

Bought a pack of 3 @ Kroger.
Glanced at the price for the trio and was actually looking at the members card price yellow sticker ($22).. actual price was $42 and some change. :dizzy:
Bought 'em anyway! Lol

I made some crabbies. I freeze them, put them in a large plastic bag, and then just take out what I want and broil them for a little while. They're crabby, cheesy, little bites of delight.

Steak, black beans and rice.

Cooked the beans in the Instant Pot. Bacon, onion, garlic, beef broth and dry beans (UNSOAKED). Cooked 40 minutes. Firm to the bite (al dente') but not crunchy.

Instead of baked potatoes, I made seasoned redskins.
We had small romaine and onion salads to start.

Thanks Peeps. It was really good steak.
We got an idea to do sugar steaks after watching an episode of Cooks Country.

Tonight is either stuffed peppers or a meatloaf
again. The one I'd made last week got left out on the counter overnight.
No leftovers .. what a waste.
Needless to say, I was a bit perturbed. :hammer:

So far it's been scrambled eggs at dawn and sliced banana for the girls.
Hot tea and dry toast for the ailing DIL.
Just did peanut butter and jelly for the girls lunch. I had Swiss cheese and lettuce on rye.

Dinner is up in the air.

Last night was the last of the homemade meatballs and gravy over mini wagon wheel pasta.

Breakfast was handful shredded mini wheats and lunch was bacon and scrambled eggs.

Dinner will probably be something new DD wants to try.
