Just like when growing up, it was the pot of spaghetti in the middle of the table, and digging it out till it was gone.
No napkins. Just the old dish towel that we all shared. Mom and dad drank wine, and Brother and I drank Kool Aid or Water.

slather with (equal parts by volume) balsamic + olive oil + honey
bake in the oven, flip mid-way
last five minutes, re-slather and add chopped pecans to toast.
