as mentioned, def whisked into vinagrettes. i now buy these blends of ultra-'lil potato that when paired w/ that & a good oil, make 4 a delicious summer potato salad. i like it plain on salads when the weather is very summery, w/ seasalt of 1 sort or another. these 'er my faavez though there's a million uses 4 it!
i make my own vinagrettes, haven't ordered much food, as market district 'iggles rock & they have soooooo much stuff that, lol, i literally get stuck in there buying 4 several hours. & my goodness, my friend is taking me 2 one i've yet to visit & that Chef said she luvvs!
