Of our first 4 pugs, these 2 were my favorites. I know you aren't supposed to have favorites of your babies, but these 2 were just special. The little black one was my special little Sampson who loved his momma (me) and didn't like it when she left him, even though he had the 3 girls to keep him company. The fawn one was Circe, she was always happy, full of mischief, ready to do whatever we wanted, and loved to flirt with men. They both lived long full lives but live over the Rainbow Bridge now.
After our last older pug was gone, we got Arwen, named after the Lord of the Rings character. This was her favorite spot to sleep while she could still fit, especially when Daddy was sleeping as well. She still tries to be a shoulder pug or Parrot Pug as we call her, but she doesn't fit so well anymore.
And she had to have her Strider, besides the fact that I wanted another little black boy. Arwen is about 6 weeks older than Strider and was the biggest for several months, and took full advantage of that, but not so much anymore!
