Is that correct? And more importantly, what the heck is it?

Karjalanpaisti = Karelian stew

Yep, we can say that Karjalanpaisti is the national dish of Finland.

Tomorrow night we are cooking Cepelenai, the national dish of Ukraine...
Should be a good challenge, but hopefully not as time consuming as Mansaf we have just done (national dish of Jordan!)
