My husband loves the health benefits of salmon, but no matter how I cook/bake it, it just doesn't come out too tasty. It's that overly-fishy taste that I just can't get rid of. My husband doesn't mind it, but I'm not a fan of the salmon flavor.
Does anyone have any salmon-based recipes that taste great and not too fishy ?
