Default Creamy Scallop Soup

This recipe comes compliments of one of those county newspapers that I receive in the mail.
It sounds terribly rich and delicious.
Added to my list of soups to make over the winter!

I forget exactly what the dish was - a cream something - but it called for flour and heavy cream. I whisked the flour into the cold heavy cream - it thickened noticeable and creating the lumpless creamy bit went super easy.

fwiw.
