HAM STEAK

4 tablespoons Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
4 tablespoons Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 (3/4 lb) ham steak, 3/4" thick

Combine the first four ingredients In a small mixing bowl; Set aside.

Place ham steak in a warmed skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes.
Turn ham over and brush with orange juice mixture.
Continue cooking uncovered 4-5 minutes longer or until heated through.
Cut ham into 4 pieces and serve hot.

We usually keep a vacuum packed ham steak on hand, and your recipe sounds so good. Makes me want some sweet potatoes to go with.

You know, I LIKE ham steaks, but never think of them - thank for the reminder, Lucky!

Ham steaks, yellow beans and mashed potatoes is a terrific combo, for some reason.
