BAKED SEA BASS with SHRIMP SAUCE

1½ lb. Sea Bass Fillets
1 can (10½ oz) Cream of Shrimp Soup (undiluted)
2 cups Ritz or similar Crackers, crushed
1 cup Tiny Cooked Shrimp
¼ cup Butter, melted
2 TBL. Red Onion, grated
1 TBL. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce - or to taste

pre-heat oven to 375° F;
put Sea Bass Fillets in a shallow, greased baking dish; spread soup over top and sprinkle with crushed crackers.
Mix together tiny cooked Shrimp, butter, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice - pour over crackers.
Bake (20-25 minutes), or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
